Shipping & Pre-Order Policy

Pre-Orders

All of our products are currently available as pre-orders. This allows us to carefully prepare each batch while maintaining the quality we expect for every product.

Please allow 2–4 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. If this timeline changes for any reason, we'll keep you updated by email.

By placing a pre-order, you understand that your order will not ship immediately.

Shipping

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they have been shipped.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because pre-orders begin processing shortly after they're placed, we may not be able to make changes or cancel an order once processing has started. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to help.
