Refunds/Returns/Cancellations
ALL EBOOK SALES ARE FINAL
Refunds-We do not provide refunds or cancellations for any reason including delays in shipping, back orders and or/once received due to the nature of our products.
Exchanges - We do not provide a refund and/or exchange tea(s) or any other products.
Incorrect/Missing item - If you received an incorrect or missing item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to queensawakening@yahoo.com to get a replacement. A photo of the incorrect item and a picture of the invoice must be sent to the email provided. If the photo or invoice can not be provided, we can not send out the replacement item. We are unable to send replacements after the 5th day.
Broken Item - Please contact us within 2 days of receiving the broken item as we will need to document this issue. You can file a claim with the United States Post Office online at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. Unfortunately, If they do not accept responsibility, this issue is between you and the carrier.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
· We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced
